I’m not sure if their actual locksmiths are third parties and this company just contracts out work or if these guys are on payroll, but unfortunately, despite how kind and communicative staff over the phone was, this locksmith showed up almost an hour late to a pre scheduled appointment, told us he couldn’t do anything about our locks, and tried to charge us $50 for literally just looking at them (I called about this, but the line dropped and we never got a clear answer, not to mention I specifically asked about payments and was not informed of this). We told him that, since we had to pay him to come out, we at least wanted him to change one of our locks that we knew he could, and he acted like he was going to get something from his car and just left without asking for any more money—which kind of leads me to believe he wanted to pocket it. So overall just beware. I hope this was a one off thing, but I don’t want this happening to anyone else who may be in more dire of circumstances than myself.

This was quick and easy to navigate through the kiosk. I had a special key made with a design and it was nice and the key works flawlessly. Is it possible to request a design that is not listed in your kiosk?
