My deadbolt lock took its last turn and came apart on my key when I was trying to leave for work. The maintenance guy was able to come by and replace it for me. But of course that means the whole family needs a new key. This is where your machine came into play. I was able to stop into my local store make a few copies and head back home and my key copies worked great. Thank you 😊.

My car keys got stuck in its lock, and it was 11:00 pm. There was no one to help me. I searched over google and found High Care Emergency locksmith was nearest to my location, so I called them. I appreciate their attentiveness towards their customers. They used a broken key extractor and repaired the locks without wasting any time. Happy customer!!!

chong came to our new home and changed 5 locks with no problem. He advised us on what options would be most secure, and we feel excellent and safe with our new locks. Moreover, he was one of the nicest humans we've had the pleasure of meeting. My husband had a wonderful time talking with him as he worked. We will be recommending chong as often as possible.

hershel was amazing. He gave me a time frame that he would be arriving and texted me 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He addressed issues with my locks and on one door didn't just change the lock for me because it wouldn't have helped. He recommended a safer solution and I appreciate that very much. i had a very old school lock on my door that went kerflooey. who you going to call? they! i called, the owner, hung, got there very quickly. tried to fix my lock (he was impressed with it!). told me if it didn't work, he would give me a discount if I needed to replace. it lasted a few days, then no good. came back, put in a non-classic (they don't make'em no more) lock of the same type, gave me a good price as promised. didn't try to gouge me into upgrading anything which I appreciated. very nice to know they're there if needed.

I was locked out of my closet. I don't live in my closet at that might sound but my pair of tuxedo shoes does and the somehow the door handle/knob mechanism stopped catching all together. I would turn, twist, yank and pull to literally no avail. I sent in a quote and within 5 minutes I had a response including estimated time and estimated price range (which was within my mental budget). The day before I left for vacation, my key broke in the bottom lock (of course it did!) and my building sent their person to fix it. Two hours later, I was left with a door that could not lock (thank goodness I had a top lock...geez). On top of that, my daughter would get stuck in the door because the key would not open the door. It was a mess!! After a few days of google-searching, I came across they. This was one of the best searches I found on Google. I called chong and explained my issue. He asked for pictures to see what was going on. As soon as I sent the pictures, he responded within a decent timeframe with a resolution and a quote. I made an appointment that same moment. chong was so professional, funny, and knew exactly what he was doing. He wasted no time fixing the lock and was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
