This was a waste of my time. I needed a second set of keys for a vehicle, but when I went through the on the KeyMe terminal, it said I needed an attendant to help me complete the process. No explanation was given why. It was 1am at a Walmart, and I did not want to try and find someone to help for a self-service machine. I'm now going to find a brick and mortar key duplication facility to take the guesswork out of the process.

Wow...probably the most helpful business I've come across. I had a broken door lock and the technician gave me great advice on how to get it fixed. I would highly recommend if you are doing anything with locks. Including SmartLocks. They really seem to know their stuff.

Locked myself out first thing In the morning when going to walk my dog. My neighbor had their business card but they were closed. I left a message and my call was returned within a few minutes. They were at my house within 30 minutes and in my door in 1. Great service! Highly recommend!!
