This guy knows his craft and is a true professional! I received high quality work, and excellent customer service for an affordable price. These boots are 3 years old and he polished them and resoled them. I originally called another local shoe repair shop and it seems they no longer answer their phone. I brought in a second pair of shoes for repair and he advised me that the repair would not last very long then went into detail why that was the case.

Thank you Alex for fixing my shoes and changing my watch battery. He did also very clear copy of my keys. He did very professional and amazing job, also he is very respectful and kind person. I will recommend only Alex shoe repair.

Nice guy. pretty fair job. Went to work on purse right as I waited. 25 mins. better then saying come back in 2 weeks Charged high at first saw I wasnt thrilled so came down in price. He charged 1.00 per minute, got the job done he tried hard, but I wasnt thrilled . Got home and worked on it more then I finally got it cleaned up right. Good try nice man
