I dropped off 3 packages that were return items to this location on 5/04/21. I asked the guy to scan and give me a receipt. He was rude and refused to do that. He said they don't give receipts. Then out of 3 packages only 2 reached their destination. One that happened to be most expensive one was never scanned. I called on 5/07/21 the same rude guy answered the phone and said it is not his problem call UPS. I called UPS filed a claim and as of today 5/13/21 they don't know where the package is. Do not go to this place

HORRIBLE AND RUDE “manager.” Incredibly condescending and unwilling to help me discover the location of my mailed envelope when inputting the tracking number didn’t reveal any information or details. Upon purchase of shipment, I was guaranteed my money back if it did not arrive on time and this “manager” denied this to me after I complained about this delay. I was rude back to him after he continuously berated me with negative and sarcastic comments. There’s plenty of other places to go to if you care about enjoying a decent and professional experience.

I never write reviews, but I felt this is needed. Today I went there to drop-off a package with a pre-paid sticker. First time doing that, so I asked the store clerk whether I had to write something else on the package, his response (in a very rude tone) "I don't know. It is your package." Funny enough, another costumer came in asking a similar question; to which he replied "I don't know, it is your package. If anything wrong happens it is not my responsibility," again, in the same rude tone as before.
