I had used the services years ago, and back then the UN-professionalism was off the charts. The men who worked there were leeches. They came onto me the minute I walked in. Recently, I was passing by on way to Costco, & dropped in because years ago I went off on the guy there. Being older and wiser, I wanted to apologize for cursing him out, even though I don't think I was totally wrong. Anyways, Solomon was in my face the minute I walked in last week. I asked for OJ just to say sorry for whatever I said years ago. Solomon wouldn't get out of my face until I gave him my number, which I should have known better than to give him the actual number. He called, and harassed me all weekend. I told him I was seeing someone and he continued to call from unknown numbers. I blocked all numbers he called from, and then low & behold he calls again RESTRICTED, I told him I haven't heard from my son in months and because of my son's lifestyle, every time the phone rings and it is a private number, I think it's the cops telling me my son is dead!!! I literally had a scare last week where my son was supposedly in a car accident and died. I waited 4 hours for the coroner to confirm it was not him. I explained this to the guy, Solomon. I said when you call me from private numbers, not only are you disrespecting my friendship, you are causing me stress, worry and anxiety over my child. This all sounds like a crazy story, but I have text messages to prove it. I am going to file a complaint for harassment with BBB and the police. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!!!

CLOSED - Went here yesterday at 11AM (1hr after supposed opening). No one was there, lights were off, sign on the door also said they open at 10AM like Google does. Called twice. Nothing. Business might have gone under, who knows, don't waste your time, or at least call before. Learn from my mistake!

The man came before the scheduled time frame which is nice. But otherwise than that not a good experience. The inspection fee is more than $100 just to come and look at your lock (Which they don't tell you that over the phone). The guy just kept trying to oversell, when we just wanted a new lock. Definitely way over priced for a lock and will definitely not use again.

I have never experienced such a unprofessional service. I was told that the service call will be 165 which includes 1st hour. When technician arrived he informed me the following. Service charge $165 Opening a luck $295 plus time plus $20 Etc. He could not open the door so he drilled it open. It took all together 15 minutes. I was told he will charge me additional $395 to put a new cylinder and when he came to bill me he said he can give me discount if I pay cash and will wave tax. I said there is no sakes tax on labor and he said oh sorry I made a mistake and give you a $ 20 discount. What a joke. I always try to use local service to support them but will never use them again.
