No show and now call for appointment. Scheduled a time ahead. Had to keep a vehicle off the road for an entire day so I could get an extra key I really needed for our fleet truck. So figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Called them and no response until the following day. Very busy and had called around some other places. They didn’t have key in stock. So figured I would give them a second chance. Said they could stop by in the afternoon after 4pm. Called them at 4:30 to find out what the status was. Says he was down the street and be there in 15 minutes was on his way. So I waited and stayed at work later to get it done. 5:00 still no show when he was only ten minutes away. So I waited 30 minutes for nothing and he was never on his way. Not being honest. Says sorry no real reason other than very busy. Well if your busy let people know and give them a window of time. No respect for my time and I’m just as busy too! Would not use this company in the future. Obviously I was not important to them. Need to go elsewhere
