The job was to drill a hole in the door for a dead bolt lock. The tech came in with a bad attitude. He was just dropping his tools on the floor carelessly while working. He misaligned the holes, so the deadbolt lock missed the hole in the door frame. When I questioned it, he got defensive and rose his voice to argue back. He made the hole in the door frame larger to compensate for the misalignment. He also rocked the hole dozer back and forth while cutting into the door, so the hole was about 1/4" larger on one side of the door. Now the outside half of the lock sinks into the hole because it's the hole is too big. I went to home depot and tried two other locks, but they all sank into the hole. The tech did apologize for his behavior, but the damage was already done. I have scratches on my floor from the dropped tools and I have a door with sub par work done it. Lastly, customer service has failed to contact me back after a few weeks after I called to explain my experience. It seems like they hire random contractors and it could be a gamble on who you get. Not a place I would recommend.

Key was scanned but not available to be made at the Menards store so the scan was automatically sent to HQ for the key To be made and then mailed to me. Unfortunately, I was sent an email some days later stating that the machine did not choose the key that was available, so I was refunded my money and no key was sent. Overall, my experience was positive but I never got a key.

I felt that I was taken advantage of with this company. Gentlemen showed up telling me I that the cost to unlock my door would be $250 dollars!! I said thanks, but no thanks and that I could break down my door and replace it for less than that. He then said "what can you give me then"?? What kind of business does that!! I will not be using this company again. Very disappointing.

The worst scammers ever , took my store lock out and didn't put it back ! left as you see on the chair and actually left the store ! called company and supervisor and they don't care ! awful!
