Mike is the absolute best!! He is friendly, professional, and he did an awesome job installing all of our new deadbolt and keypad locks when we moved into our new house! We are new to the area and it’s so nice knowing that I found a great locksmith I can rely on 24/7. As a female, I felt 100% comfortable in my home while the installation was happening and my fiancé was at work. Highly recommend giving them a call!

Awesome service! My keys were stolen at the start of a vacation and it was the only pair I had. They worked with the parking garage at our departing airport to get in and re-key the vehicle within a day of calling. I was able to relax the rest of my trip knowing I had a key waiting!

Key was scanned but not available to be made at the Menards store so the scan was automatically sent to HQ for the key To be made and then mailed to me. Unfortunately, I was sent an email some days later stating that the machine did not choose the key that was available, so I was refunded my money and no key was sent. Overall, my experience was positive but I never got a key.

Middle of a pandemic and this business lets an employee run around with no mask on despite having a sign on their door requiring them. Worst part is she doesn't even keep 6ft away from you. People tout them as neighborly but this kind of presentation shows you don't care about your customers' health and wellbeing.
