Key was scanned but not available to be made at the Menards store so the scan was automatically sent to HQ for the key To be made and then mailed to me. Unfortunately, I was sent an email some days later stating that the machine did not choose the key that was available, so I was refunded my money and no key was sent. Overall, my experience was positive but I never got a key.

My wife and I had called in about a broken key. At first it didn't look possible cause the key was badly damaged. The gentleman that drove over took a closer look and was able to make a copy. Since the original was damaged so bad he couldn't guarantee it would work. Low and behold it did work! Thank you so much for your help. The man also offered my kid a snack which of course went over great with her. Any lock or key problems...these are your guys!

Pretty good company! The receptionist sounded a bit... Soulless. The technician that showed up was amazing! Professional and down to earth. It was a bit pricey for something that only took 20 seconds. $125. All in all, recommend this company.
