The tech arrived a few minutes early and called to advise he was on-site, mentioned to take my time as he saw we were very busy at the moment. Soon after, he walked me through the game plan and made some solid and sensible suggestions that actually saved us a few bucks. His work was very neat and precise and the clean-up afterward was spotless.
