After losing my Smart key and being locked out of my car, I contacted a local locksmith. While he was able to unlock the door, the key was a special order, taking 3-5 days to arrive, after which the locksmith would come out and program the key. After arrival, the locksmith was unable to program the key, recommending I tow the car to the dealer for programming. In turn, the dealer said it would take another 3-5 days to received the keycode from the manufacturer. My mechanic telephoned Alex, with whom he worked on complicated key issues in the past, telling me that this locksmith had the most sophisticated equipment and had an expertise rarely found. Within 30 minutes Alex had arrived and 20 minutes later I had two working keyfobs at a reasonable price(saving me from exorbinant dealer pricing!). DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OTHER LOCKSMITH! Alex and team are the best- he is so confident he could program the keys that he guaranteed no charge if he failed to do so despite his time and NY to NJ bridge tolls. Thank you Alex!
