The guy was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about locks and door issues. We had him re-key our locks in a new house and fix the latch in our old house. He was on time and costs were as advertised. I would definitely use Carrillo Security & Locksmith again. Hardworking and good staff!

Hardworking and good staff! I finished shopping at the supermarket and as I was loading the car, the car door got shut and the keys closed inside. The supermarket manager calmed me down and called Carrillo Security & Locksmith. They arrived in a short time and opened the car door. There was no damage. The price was certainly reasonable. The supermarket manager said he was always working with Carrillo Security & Locksmith because they are efficient and fast. And so was the service I received from them.

We have been customers of there's for several years. They were our go to for door pivots and door closer rebuilds. We got a misplaced pivot in our recent order that was not on the packing list and was not what we ordered. We called to see what happened and they refused to help. Not only did they completely deny it even happening but I sent them pictures after they requested (it was in their packaging) and they still refused to accept blame. Now we are down a pivot for our customers job AND we are stuck paying fir this miscellaneous one that we have absolutely no use for. Their customer service with this issue was absolutely awful and we have never called them about a mistake in the past. We are never using this company ever again. We are not only upset with how we were so unfairly treated on the phone but also how the whole situation was handled. With our long reputation as a good standing customer with them, it is a shock.

Interaction started off well, but we talked and he started to get into a rant. I justed wanted a special key copied. My mistake for being polite and letting him continue to talk, his rant turned agitated and strict. I was referred here, so it is a disappointment.

Once the original owner retired this place has gone downhill .The new owner Paul is a headcase who really doesn't appreciate customers at all.Since he took over everything has been overpriced and way to slow on lead times.Kathy who is the original owners daughter was the only reason I continued using them and Paul no longer allows her to handle customers which is when I really noticed how bad the customer service turned.I just recently brought in a new lock which he would not even work on because I didn't allow him to rip me off on purchasing through him.Does he really think he's the only business in town,guess he didn't appreciate the thousands of dollar I had spent there over the last 8 years.l,buyer beware this guy has no idea what he's doing running this business and will not hesitate to rob you blind if you let him.Hopefully he can learn after losing my account his business is not a business when he has no customers because of his arrogance and customer service.

I don't like leaving 1 star reviews, but I share with the hope that Paul cleans up. I was referred to this company by another door company who said they handle swing doors for our business. I called and spoke to Paul on the phone and tried to setup a time to have his company check the issue and fix. He was vague about when his team could get out there but mentioned they'll be out there at some point. It's been probably 4 weeks. Mistakes happen, people forget. However, he provided me an email to send pictures so he can assess the problem. I sent pictures the day we spoke, no response. I've sent 3 follow-up emails over the past 4 weeks, all which have not received a response. I'm moving on and offering my business to a company that seems like they want it. What a thought.
