They did not help me at all. They needed the zip code for my location. I did not know it immediately, and when I found it and called the back, they said they had no one in the area. Mind you, I was in an urban area, not stuck out in the middle of nowhere.

I purchased a car that had no key. I called Brian’s lock and key and explained everything. He said no problem and told me what info I needed to send. I sent a copy of the title signed in my name and a copy of my license. I called at right around 9:30am and he called me back at 11:30am and told me my key was done! Drove up to pick it up as I was in the area and he cut me TWO keys! Went home, stuck the key in and car started right up. Excellent service at a fantastic price. Use this business for all your lock and key needs. I know I will!
