Complete let down. Told me they would dispatch someone and call me in 25 minutes. 40 minutes later I called back and they said the technician cancelled and didn’t have the parts. They did not call to tell me that so I’m locked out in the rain calling someone else.

Outstanding customer service! Two smart key fobs were programmed withing a few minutes, cutting the key blades took another 10 minutes or so. Then everything was tested before letting me go. I'll definitely come back again and recommend this locksmith service to my friends.
