I got multiple copies of two different keys. all of them had defects at the tip of the key and do not work. their machine in Lowes' Lynnwood is defective. The copies of both keys have identical tip that protruded, looks like the tip did not cut. Different keys both had an identical hook at the end. what I got are 8 keys for the trash can.

I have a Smart Car & was told the ONLY place I could get a remote, or have a battery changed AND PROGRAMMED was Mercedes of Seattle. When I called them they confirmed this and quoted me $255 plus tax to change the battery & reprogram my key. Wise Locksmith was suggested to me (Bothell location) as possibly being able to do it for me. I went in and talked to Mike. He changed the battery, and there was NO REPROGRAMMING necessary. He charged me $10.86. HONEST, FRIENDLY, and PROFESSIONAL. I will be passing out their names to everyone I know for all types of locks, keys, etc.. Thank you for such a great experience!!
