I needed to take my car to the nearest service because the car won't start. Doug was so great, helpful and tried to first see if he can help me without towing the car. So friendly and in time. Thank you Doug! I appreciate and return to your services anytime I will need to.

Doug was business-like, yet friendly. He picked up my 98 Volvo in Everett and delivered it safely to a nearby mechanic's shop. As I told him, hopefully I'll never meet him again (professionally), but if I do need towing while in that area, I won't hesitate to give him a ring. As far as pricing is concerned? While I am unfamiliar with such experiences, his price was a bit less than a couple other towers I came across during a brief Google search. If you read this, Doug. Yesterday, I needed to have my car towed for repair. Since I paid out of pocket, I called every towing company in the area to compare prices. Doug's is dramatically lower than anyone else! The driver and the dispatcher (I assume that's who I spoke to) were great! They called me when he was on the way, and when he arrived, the towtruck driver was very kind. He took great care hooking up my car and towing it off the property. I should mention, my car is 20 years old, and I have only owned it since September, but it means a lot to me! So seeing someone take such care of Cammy the Camry as if she was brand new gives me a lot of confidence. I even got a follow-up call to make sure all is well. These are great guys, and when your driver comes, treat him well. He deserves it!

Punctual, friendly, and flexible. We got to the destination and it didn’t look right, so the driver stuck around to make sure we were at the right place. When it turned out we had been given the wrong address, he was willing to do the the extra tow even though it was already past the planned drop off time.
