Buyer beware!! We have been waiting 6 weeks to get a lock installed. The guy came in a few weeks ago, broke it, told us they would be in touch and never contacted us. Gave them a call this morning following up and the guy told us to “go elsewhere” and laughed. Very disrespectful, and confused as to why they would treat customers this way…

Buffalo Security loaded the security software for our back door lock onto a laptop and showed me how to use the program. Although we didn't purchase the lock/software from them, they could still provide support to help get the software loaded and operational. Jon B. also provided a little training on the program. Thank you!! Will use them for all my security needs in the future.
