Every time I go to this store (I don't know about other locations) I leave feeling very good. Several years ago I went here for something, I'm sure minor, and I was blown away by the service. I came back and had the same experience, and I raved about them to one of my friends. He went there, and said he felt the same way. It's now about 4 years later, and I took in an old iPad that wasn't staying charged. Again, great service, and a few days later I brought in an iPhone with a cracked screen. 1 day later the phone was fixed. I don't write review lightly, and usually I'm moved in the other direction. But this is a store in my home town, a chain mind you, that I will continue to support, and to spread the word.

It was really easy to schedule my battery replacement on the web site. When I arrived at the store he knew right away that I had an appointment and took care to get me checked in. The replacement was done in less than an hour. Thank you for prompt and quick work.

I like using Duracell batteries on all of my motorcycles. I had one that died near the end of it's warranty. After confirming the battery was dead, it was replaced with no questions asked. A business with integrity is hard to find these days. Batteries Plus in Longmont is highly recommended.

The prices for car batteries are better than other automotive retailers in the area and the quality of the batteries are superb. My previous battery was a Duracell 770CCA that lasted flawlessly for just over 6 years. I replaced it with the same make and model.
