I called To check an updated status on when they would call me back since I am in an emergency, just to find out they don’t cover my area. I wonder how long they were going to go without calling me. The lady who answered wouldn’t provide me a location where I was based from and she hung up on me on purpose while I was still talking to her. I am in need of a new key and I was just asking for help and I was very disappointed when she did that.

I love the convenience of being able to get keys made on short notice! Unfortunately, I was unable to get my second key. On the screen to purchase, I was unable to tell the keys apart. Once I deleted the keys that would have been mailed to me, I wasn't sure which keys I was getting back. I ended up purchasing two of the same key. It was my error, not the machine. It would help if the machine carried at least two different shaped keys.

Ordered my keys on Friday and got them on Wednesday. They work great in my truck door, but are sticky in the ignition. They each have to be in a very specific position to start the truck, and that position is different for each key. They probably just need to be broken in, which since they're spare keys, they wont be. But that's a minor issue.
