I love the convenience of being able to get keys made on short notice! Unfortunately, I was unable to get my second key. On the screen to purchase, I was unable to tell the keys apart. Once I deleted the keys that would have been mailed to me, I wasn't sure which keys I was getting back. I ended up purchasing two of the same key. It was my error, not the machine. It would help if the machine carried at least two different shaped keys.

I gave it three stars ONLY BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT A BIG VARIETY OF KEYS, other than that it was good. I like keys that match people. Now I have to go elsewhere.

I used the kiosk / vending key machine at Menard's to have a house key made. Simple process took about 5 minutes. It did give options if you wanted designer / sport themed etc. key. Quick easy and about 4 bucks. I will use again.

Technician Eric was very knowledgeable when asked question regarding locks, he was very polite and friendly and also he was quick and accurate during a very good job in his installation. Should I need your service again, I will definitely will call and also recommend friends, family and colleagues. We as Consumers are so quick to complain when service isn"t good until we forget to commend those employees who do a truly outstanding job. Kudos to Eric.
