Antonio and Ellen came out to my house to rekey my doors and were EXCELLENT!!! They were masked to start and SO professional. The call center person that I spoke with did not give me any information ( which is my only complaint about Flying Locksmith) so Antonio explained everything and started the job while I ran to the hardware store to get different door knobs that would work with the others I had. They made me extra keys and gave overall great service! They even took the time to pat my dog, Titan who was begging for attention. I would use Flying Locksmiths again and request that Antonio and Ellen do the work!

Having been in the same house for 26 years, I've never had a reason to change locks. So, after moving, I checked online, recognized the logo and went to the online chat. They were very responsive and quickly set up an appointment. As promised, I got a text 30 minutes before the technician was to arrive. Erik was professional and amazingly quick. He made me 6 keys as requested. The first two were free and the rest were just under $3.00 each so no price gouging for convenience! When he arrived, my first question was "do you really drive one of those trucks with the guy on top" and he said yes! I immediately ran out and took a photo. The whole experience was a pleasure! I would definitely recommend The Flying Locksmiths (I used the Braintree location) !
