The last time Zack called to see if I was available a couple of days before my actual appointment which was very helpful. He was professional, personable and polite. I can't say enough good things about Granite Lock Company. Since I brought them to help out on our older, much loved, family home, I've found out that several other family members, and friends, have used their lock services and enthusiastically recommend them. Chris, a long term employee, came to our family home to help us with the selection and implementation of new deadbolts on four very sturdy, old doors. One one of our doors, he recommended changing out only the cylinder as the quality of the original dead bolt was superb. He installed three new deadbolts on other doors, bringing them up to code and facilitating our ingress and egress to the building from these points. Chris' work was super neat and clean, and the respect he showed to us, and to our old house was not something we see too often.

The professionalism is unreal in this day and age. Chris came by, replaced the cylinder for my door lock so that I can use the same key for both deadbolts. I didn't even think that was possible. Making my life easier. He explained all the work and the cost was reasonable for the repairs. More than reasonable. I would highly recommend these guys for all your keylock needs.
