I just got off the phone with a sales representative here,and out of all my phone calls I'd have to say that this was the best. They were helpful and were extremely honest with me. Great customer service and I can't say enough, but I think I've found a locksmith I'm willing to go back to.

I was super impressed with how fast and convenient these guys were. Came right in and got the job done. Then offered more services which saved me a trip to the dealership! And cheaper then the dealership! You can’t beat that. Hopefully I never lose my keys again but if I do, I will definitely be reaching out to Parsons. Highly recommended!

I had 3 house keys made at the kiosk in Smith's. They work great and it was quick and easy to use.

I wanted to get 2 more copies of the house keys, so I decided to use the kiosk while at Smith's because I didn't have the kids with me. It did take a little while to create the keys (which makes it seem more legit), so I was glad I didn't have them. It offered me 1 free with purchase of 2 so I did it. After giving me 2 keys, it said there was a problem with the other style I'd chosen. I decided to just take the 2 keys, and I did indeed get my refund (yes the third key would've been free, but I still got a refund of around $7). KeyMe sent me emails to make sure I was satisfied. And, most importantly, the keys work.

Horrible! Lady answering the phone was very rude. Got disconnected the first time, called back and had to redo all my information. She said within minutes I would get a call back, well it’s been an hour and 30 minutes, still no call back. Tried to call again and they said they aren’t servicing my area.
