I am so happy. Around May I went to buy 2 house keys. 1 worked the other didn’t. But I recently went to get it fixed. My kids lost 1 some I bought 2 more. I got 3 but they only charged me 1 because one of the first one didn’t work. Went home and 1 of the new ones worked the other 2 didn’t. Went back about 45 minutes later and they made me 4 new no-duplicates. Said if it didn’t work it could be the knob. Thankfully they did work! Thank you so much. I do recommend this place good service.

I just got off the phone with a sales representative here,and out of all my phone calls I'd have to say that this was the best. They were helpful and were extremely honest with me. Great customer service and I can't say enough, but I think I've found a locksmith I'm willing to go back to.

I was super impressed with how fast and convenient these guys were. Came right in and got the job done. Then offered more services which saved me a trip to the dealership! And cheaper then the dealership! You can’t beat that. Hopefully I never lose my keys again but if I do, I will definitely be reaching out to Parsons. Highly recommended!
