Had an appointment at their office location for 11:00am this morning. Called at 11:05am to find out where locksmith was, and was informed that he would be at the office location within 30 minutes. Locksmith called at 11:25 to indicate he would be there in another 30 minutes. Let me see. Appointment time 11:00 - Possible arrival time 12:00. They had no problem letting me wait for an hour for them to show up. Terrible, non professional way to conduct business. If you make an appointment you should not only be on time, but maybe just a wee bit early. My time is just as important as yours, maybe even a little more important. I WILL NEVER REQUEST THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!!
