I was locked out of my house last night, and had a conversation with a representative. After the conversation lasted a couple of minutes, he said that they do not have any technician available in my area. Then, the ARS says that they do not have a business in my area, althouth they are within a mile.

Went to buy a table that they showed a picture of on face book and their website. Explained I was driving 1.5 hours each way and I wanted to make sure that it was the same table. They told me it was the one that they had taken a picture of. It was not, it was a flimsy version of it and different design. When I spoke to owner she cussed me out! Very rude and I will be reporting to the necessary agencies to investigate. I understand mistakes but to be that rude there must be a reason, so let the appropriate agencies decide what is actually going on with their advertising. A simple I'm sorry, we didn't know, sorry for any inconvenience would have gone a long way, not sure why the attitude?
