Very POOR Service! When informed only made house calls, arranged for technician to arrive late afternoon. When technician 40 minutes late, called again. Informed by person that technician would not be coming, and could not say why I wasn't informed. Asked about future appointment, and they hung up on the call. Extremely poor. Definitely not worth contacting this service in the future!!

He is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful. He is also very responsive to calls and text messages. He made several key copies and even made a couple of them with the notation that they should not be copied. Definitely call him if you need a locksmith. He gives excellent service.
