So grateful for the help we received when some batteries we’d recently purchased at a different location gave us the wrong items. Hass was very good at the store I had to wait a few days for my charge port to come in because the shippers were backed up, and hass stayed in touch and let me know when it came in, and adjusted my price fairly for the wait and because I had my battery done at the same time. Will definately use him and his store again , so easy , in and out thank you again hass.

Highly recommend Ladd’s Towing! We called and within an hour Mark showed up, loaded our RV and away we went! Very professional and reasonably priced...don’t hesitate to call them first! You won’t be disappointed!!! Thanks Mark for all the suggestions on where to go on our trip (once we’re fixed up) and the places to go while here in Cedar City.

Our car broke down on the highway in the middle of nowhere. Ladds came and towed us to a safe spot, went out of his way to contact a local mechanic and got us set up with repair right across from where we were staying. Exceptional service, very professional. He made sure we were not left stranded.

I broke down a half mile frome an exit and had to find a tow truck that could move my truck. They didn't waste any time helping even though it was a mother day's Sunday and family time. Ladds towing came and rescued us quickly in the middle of the night when we were stranded between Duck Creek and Cedar City due to an incident with a deer. Had to move a 5th wheel out of a tight spot and used them because I didn't have the right truck to make the maneuver. They made the trip to Duck Creek from Cedar City in a timely manner and did a great job getting it exactly where it needed to go. Highly recommend them for any of your towing needs!
