W O W!! Above and beyond service!! Alexa was amazing - super friendly, helpful and professional! So grateful for the help we received when some batteries we’d recently purchased at a different location gave us the wrong items. Hass was very good at the store I had to wait a few days for my charge port to come in because the shippers were backed up, and hass stayed in touch and let me know when it came in, and adjusted my price fairly for the wait and because I had my battery done at the same time. Will definately use him and his store again , so easy , in and out thank you again hass.

They arrived about 15 min after I called when I locked my keys in my trunk. My car was quickly unlocked, and I was on my way. It cost $50, and I was able to pay by card over the phone.

We needed a key made and programmed to our truck in Mesquite in a hurry. They didn’t fail us. They picked up the fob from the dealership and arrived within 40 minutes of our phone call! Austin was quick and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend them for any key emergencies.

I love the Key Man! They totally saved the day for us! We came to St. George on a bike trip & realized we forgot the key to our rack, big ooops! We were desperate to get to our bikes & called several places. After visiting another locksmith who couldn’t unlock the rack, we called the KeyMan. They were so accommodating & waited for us to arrive even though it was after hours. They had to work outside in the EXTREME afternoon heat, but they were very confident & skilled were able to get new keys made right away. (The other locksmith worked at it for 30 minutes & couldn’t figure it out). We are so grateful for their amazing service and great price!

Within a few minutes of my phone call, I was assisted with unlocking my vehicle. I was informed of some options if my key was not to be located. He could have easily sold me on making a key, but instead I was encouraged, if I had time to spare, to wait before having a key made because he didn’t want me to have to pay for a key if it would turn up with more searching. It was good advice because my key was discovered under the seat. It had fallen in a perfect place, and it was missed upon my first inspection. It was a reasonable price for after hours, and I appreciated the honest effort to help me.
