I bought the key copy for my neighbor and it came a couple days early to his mailbox. He was ecstatic and he said the key worked perfectly and was a quality weighted key, not thin and easily breakable in a keyhole. I got it for him because neither two keys the landlord gave him worked due to not being the precision quality you provide. Thank you very much!

The store is clean, set-up so customers can quickly find what they need. However, store owners Richard & Julie Zegeer are customer service focused - if the product is not in the store, they are happy to order it, if available through one of their providers.

I would give no stars if possible. The owner slash operator is very rude she follows you around the store like you're going to steal something even though you have an account with them I felt so embarrassed and disrespected I just left the store and close my account and will definitely NOT BE GOING BACK EVER!!!!#LEARNHOWTOTREATPEOPLE
