McGuires was hired by my insurance company to tow a totaled travel trailer from my property. They called ahead of time (probably 30 minutes before they arrived) as a courtesy. However, my family and I were headed to a school function and did not realize we still had a few belongings in the camper and a lock on the tongue at that time (otherwise we would have stopped them). As I was at an important function I turned my phone off for about two hours. When I turned it back on, I realized my mistake as I had several very professional voicemails from the company. Realizing what I did I looked at my wife and said well whatever was left in the camper is gone and that lock was cut off. We both agreed that was the case and said well it’s our fault oh well. However, probably five minutes later they called and again and I answered. The a very kind lady explained she was trying to reach us and the driver would wait until we got there. We were stunned and rushed home. Instead of just cutting the lock off the tongue and towing it away the driver waited OVER TWO HOURS for me to answer my phone and arrive back home. I’m not sure what their demand was during this time but I’m positive there were more productive things for this man to do than just sit and wait two hours on a customer that should have been ready. To say we felt horrible and were embarrassed was an understatement. However this man said he saw the kids playground equipment and figured we were at a baseball game or something with our kids and he’s just wait until we got back. He was very polite, professional and frankly more understanding than I would have been. If I have a future need for towing or recovery I will contact McGuires and I encourage everyone else to do so as well. This is a very nice family run business that still goes above expectations to do what is right. In this day and age these businesses just don’t exist anymore and should be supported.

Tonight I was trapped in a ditch and could not get out. They came out and got me out really easy. Car still works too and almost no damage from anything. Thank you so much!! I was so scared i would lose my car! They were also really friendly and good at calming me down. Thank you

I highly recommend this company. We have a heavy duty phone truck and it cannot be towed by a regular tow truck. It was Sunday and options were few. We called McGuire's and I'm glad we did. The owner gave us information on where we can stay, a garage that could repair our vehicle and available hotels. Our tow driver James showed up in a well lit truck fully equipped to do the job. He was courteous and helpful with a great attitude that put us at ease. He dropped us in front of the hotel, pointed out stores and restaurants. No one ever wants to have a problem with a vehicle but if you do you can't do any better than this company. God bless them!
