Employee wasn’t wearing a mask twice when we came to drop off a lock for rekeying in late July 2020. Asked us “why we were being so cautious” when we wanted to stay 6’ away. Never bringing business here again.

For making copies of special keys they are good. For regular master lock type keys, $5 each is ridiculous. I gave them 3 stars beacuse I should have asked b4 they made them. If she would have told me b4 she made them. I deffinatly would have taken those keys elsewhere.
