Very odd experience with Jenkins Security. All the gentlemen that work there were extremely friendly and helpful...however my last two encounters with a lady named Renee have not been pleasant. Both occasions have been over the phone. My second encounter the key they made for me did not work with my car because of programming issues so I asked Renee if I could receive my money back...her response ”Nope anything else” and in a very nasty way at that point I hung up the phone as to not be rude to this lady who has had an attitude with me FOR NO REASON. My dad then called back because I was really upset...he spoke to one of the nice Gentlemen who worked there and they gave my dad a completely different answer told him to bring the key in and they will return the money for me... Long story short of Renee answers the phone ask for someone else...

I had called and set up an appointment August 25. And it was going to be Sept 2 before someone could come out. I was going to be the second appointment of the day. Told to keep my phone with me at all times because if they called and I did not answer they would not come. Understood completely. Well the morning of my appointment I called just to double check, Dustin answered the phone and procedes to tell me it was canceled on August 28 at 8:34AM. 1: I'm not up at that time 2: I did NOT cancel my appointment. Proceded to tell me it does not say who did it, I asked if he could find out because It was not me that cancelled anything maybe it was done by accident. He tells me it would be 2 MORE weeks before it could be done and he would try to fit me into a booked day. So unprofessional. Did not apologize or anything. Granted it was not his fault the key was gone and had to be made but I called making an appointment changing everything around just so this could happen. I ended up calling Valentine's and he showed up in 20 min of the call. I know have 2 keys less than I was quoted to by Jenkins and no hassle no wait just professional services. I know it might not mean much to them but they have Lost my business due to Dustin's attitude and unprofessional ways today. I use them quite often for many things NOT ANY MORE!
