Charge me two hours of work when they were only at my house for an hour and 15 minutes 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM after they gave me a price in the office they charge me $185 they start charging you at 8 AM once they punch in so if they wanna roll Maroun or they’re a little slow in the morning they already charging you so from 8 AM when he punched in and got to my house at 8:30 a half an hour but they’re only 2 miles away from my house the guy who did the installation nice guy but to tell me $85 an hour and my bill comes out to 185 that’s not right not good business And don’t say that’s not the time they got to my house cause it’s all on security cameras

I had an issue with my lock pin for my Reese hitch ...lock was seized ..they tried everything before they drilled out the key way...all while it was freezing cold out in their parking lot...thank you doing the job
