This business was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. First , the entrance to the building is a keyhole! I thought was awesome! I needed a key made for a locking mechanism I removed from one of my doors. They did a great job getting it taken care of. Gifford's has been in business a long time in downtown Springfield on Lyman Street. And, it is because of their great customer service, experience and ability to solve problems. They do have retail as well. Keys can be made, all different types of locks and many accessories. Check hours before making your trip.

Great local place, very friendly and affordable. went to home depot 3 different times and each time the keys didn't work. Decided to take it to a.w. Gifford's and boom I was in and out within 5 minutes with better quality keys that actually worked. Will be back again when needed.
