Gonzalo and his family rescued me when my alternator gave out just outside Rock Falls. Dakota, their seven month old Australian Shepard, also joined us for the ride. He may growl at you at first, but he is just protecting his mom and is a very good dog. Gonzalo and his team had my 2007 Toyota Camry SE's alternator replaced in under an hour, just as he said he would, allowing me to get back on the road. I'm not from the area, but I will be stopping back to get my oil changed the next time I am coming through the area.

I am from MN And had locked my keys in my truck. I called Hartz and he was there within four minutes, unlocked my truck and it didn’t cost me a penny! Thumbs up to this gentleman as I have never locked my keys in my truck before and he was wonderful and unlocked it for me and this was all done on a Sunday when Hartz was closed but I called the after hours number and he was right there! thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart you are a wonderful person!
