Very polite and professional staff. I needed keys cut for my car, and it was done perfectly the first time, which is rare when dealing with places like sears hardware. Gentleman even checked to male sire my key fob was working.

We were stranded on the side of the road with our four children at 10 at night. Guessing the owner came out put our spare on and then took us to his shop for a new tire. He went above and beyond great place with great people doing great things. Thank you so much

Gonzalo and his family rescued me when my alternator gave out just outside Rock Falls. Dakota, their seven month old Australian Shepard, also joined us for the ride. He may growl at you at first, but he is just protecting his mom and is a very good dog. Gonzalo and his team had my 2007 Toyota Camry SE's alternator replaced in under an hour, just as he said he would, allowing me to get back on the road. I'm not from the area, but I will be stopping back to get my oil changed the next time I am coming through the area.

Went into the ditch at 4am during a snow storm. He told me it would be a while, but made sure I had enough gas to keep the car running and he reminded me to make sure my exhaust pipe wasn't buried in the snow. He was very friendly and personable. I will absolutely use Gonzalo's again.

Our car got stuck in Rock Falls while traveling. We called AAA & Gonzalo’s came in a timely manner and was very helpful & friendly. He towed us all the way back to Davenport, Iowa. The guy who came and saved us was Joe! He is amazing!
