I only trust very FEW companies to tow my vehicles. ESPECIALLY MY ANTIQUE CORVETTE. I was VERY impressed with the way Terek & Don were able to transport my baby. AKA: My Corvette. They were also very careful, caring, and also some overall awesome guys. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the Watauga, Nrh, Keller or anywhere in the DFW area altogether!

My vehicle was stuck on side of road and was not starting. Platinum tried to jump us off AND provide fuel at no extra cost just to help! Ultimately I had to get a tow to a local mechanic shop. I stay in the Watauga/North Richland Hills area and I will no longer use anybody else other than Platinum towing and roadside! They were very polite and I could tell they care about helping others!

Platinum was quick and very fairly priced. Definitely recommend for any towing needs. Thet even recommended a good mechanic shop to take it to, which also got me a discount a the shop for Platinum taking me.

My son lost the keys to his car. The first company did not have the right blank key and the one before that just didn’t show up. Nick from A1 was great, knew exactly what he was doing and I had a new key in literally 10 minutes after he arrived. He arrived on time. Amazing.

I like that they are open on Saturdays. Had to get my truck door lock keyed. The young gentleman that was behind the counter had good great customer service skills. He was taking care of another customer and I was listening to him talking about the safes in the store he knew his job. He got my lock keyed in a timely manner worked like new. This place is great had to drive a little but it was worth it. Thanks

I wish I could tell you what this company does well, but, for that to happen, they would have to actually show up. I called for a locksmith and was told someone would be there in 30-40 minutes. After about an hour of waiting out in the cold with my wife and two young kids, I called back and was told there wasn't anyone available to come out. Apparently it was too much to ask that they actually pick up a phone and let me know this so I could arrange for another locksmith. They have lost any chance of future business from me.

While I only had a key copied and wasn't spending much, I couldn't have asked for better service. The locksmith even said to call them if I had any trouble programming the key for my vehicle. Fortunately the programming went fine and I didn't need to, but it was certainly a nice extra touch to the service. I'll keep them top of mind for any locksmith needs in the future.
