Their service is great. Looking up a ride that may have happened in the last day, not so much. Was trying to track a family member, and they didn't get back with me.

Not to my satisfaction. The wait times can be very long for a small town. A half hour is reasonable, but there were times I waited over an hour for a ride. The taxi arrival text notification is unreliable. Sometimes a taxi arrival text is sent, other times not. Yet the taxis sometimes pass the time arrival estimates. I've been late more than a few times for appointments. The drivers are polite, but some the taxi vehicles I've been in are in need of repairs. I rode in cars with cracked windshields and improperly working doors. If it weren't for the fact that Uber cars arent always available in Conway, I wouldn't use Yellow Taxi service at all.
