I made the big stupid and locked myself out of my car at a gas station, with my keys and phone inside. I managed to bug the gas station staff into letting me use their phone, called this guy. Service was quick, easy, and very friendly too. Got to hear a funny story, and the price was affordable too. I'm not looking to lock myself out of my car again, but if I do I'm calling here.

Jeff was very courteous and friendly on the phone and in person. Arrived very quickly, much faster than I expected to be honest. He had me back in our vehicle in a flash. I hope to never need a locksmith again. But if I do ever need one, I will definitely call them again. And I recommend them to anyone. Thanks again sir.

After 6 or 7 phone calls and talking to 3 different people, i do not think this place is professional and after waiting 5 hours the guy finally shows up and starts getting into the car without telling me the cost beforehand. They said a $29 service charge and it was $30. They said he would tell me what the fee was before he started. He was already working on car when i got outside. What if i hadn't had $100? The tech did not verify that i owned the vehicle .he also didnt like me watching him, because he said he would knock on door when he was done. So, it's now after 1 am, im obligated to pay the 100 and couldn't even watch the tech get into my vehicle. Because it was so late i was ready to get my keys out of the car and be done. I appreciate him unlocking the car but, didnt appreciate the run a round nor the wait.
