Was 2 hours late and after he left I realized he left my door handle broken. Called him and asked him to come fix it he said he would the next day, never showed. Kept calling him and all I was his voicemail. Wouldn't recommend.

Andres to the rescue ☺️. Best team work, very professional, understanding, good listeners and always have honest opinions. Any questions or concerns (which you won’t have many after they explain) Gus is always a call away. Very Perfectionist so no exposed wires hanging cords nothing all clean very neat. Technology... lates versions out. Remember you pay for what you get! Pricing is not bad at all for the quality and work. Highly recommended! I had security cameras installed by Gus' team and they did an awesome job. Honestly, I don't know how they reached all corners of my house through the attic. They were easy going and worked with me to meet my property's security needs. After the installation, Gus has been available and responsive when I had questions . Would highly recommend his services.

Gus sent his very professional crew out to my office today to install a new security camera system. The men were very knowledgeable and worked very hard to set the system up and be sure we were well versed in its operation. As a business person I expect the the best quality work and workmanship. Owner Gus came to my home and patiently discussed my options re the replacement of an old security camera system, which had failed, with a new one. Gus was friendly and helpful, and he gave me a very reasonable quote. Two days later, installer Paco was hard at work, installing the new system, and putting up a new camera location by my front entryway (pic). Paco was very friendly and helpful, making recommendations about camera placement changes that greatly improved the field of view. He then patiently demonstrated the app, showing me how to view and take pics and videos of the displays. I could not be more happy with the service I received, and I'd recommend USA Total Security to anyone with a need for security camera installation.
