AAA had two different locksmiths coming over to try to make an ignition key since I lost the key of my truck. Neither one couldn't figure it out, they couldn't get the key to work. I called Lamas locksmith, very nice young man, persistent, knowledgeable, would not give up. He figured out the problem, he was able to make the key work and have my truck running, huge recommendation of his work

Superfast friendly service. I had, what I thought, was a huge problem with my deadbolt at home (all hardware removed except bolt still stuck in locked position in door and door frame). I stopped by the store to see "if" they could help me. Not only did they help me in store, I was beat back to my house and the problem fixed in a matter of minutes. I think the whole process, from me arriving to the store and Pepe leaving my house, was 30 minutes. This is what happens when you hire a Pro to fix someone else's good intentions.

Call someone else, really. Poor communication with a customer in a bad situation (locked out) is not good. Called 3 times from 9:30am and not a clue of when help will come. I should have called someone else right then, my bad. Finally someone showed up at 12:15 (after I called yet again). I was told I have a bad keyfob (the spare key my wife brought me) and needed a new one. Off they go and almost two hours later returned with a new keyfob. They were not able to program the keyfob so with a short "sorry man" they where gone. With no other alternative I called a tow truck and took the car to the dealer where in 15 minutes they programmed my key and spare one I purchased. Funny thing is that their truck sign reads "faster than 911" 😂, right....

I called and received instant attitude. Didn’t use the service. He even called back from a different number to ask why I left a bad review. Super rude. Super disrespectful.

I went in to have my key cut and it only took about 8 minutes to have my key cut. The service was great as well. I really would recommend this place to everyone and the best part was how cheap the price was to cut the key.
