I don't often write reviews but Tanner was so exceptional I had to let you know. My truck was dead at the neighboring gas station. He brought over a jump stick to get it going again and then tested the battery and explained really clearly how the core of the battery was toast. He walked me through all the battery options, did a fast installation and I was on my way. He used a memory saver battery that plugs into the OBD port so I didn't have to reset my clock and presets on the radio. Tanner was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent experience all around. Maybe I'll hunt for some dead batteries in my electronics so I can go back there again. Way to go guys! 👍
