I had 5 keys made. They did not fit my door Very, very disappointing.

The machine made great copies and was easy to use. Quicker than waiting for the store associates to manually cut keys too. That being said, holy cow does the KeyHero phone app and website UI need work. It’s bad. The system won’t import one of my keys from when I made the virtual backup. I still get email address verification emails on a regular basis despite having verified already.

I had 6 keys duplicated and every one of them worked! That never happens when a human cuts the keys. I am a property manager and frequently have keys duplicated. I am sold!
