2002 Lexus rx300 Had two locksmiths that arrived in regular minivans with very limited knowledge and equipment look at the vehicle and say it couldn’t be done. Along with the dealership looking to charge somewhere over 1000$ installing a new computer and programming keys. The steering wheel on my daughter’s car wasn’t moving. The key would not turn the car on and wheel was locked. We used the spare key we had and still didn’t budge. I called a friend who knew about cars and he told us that the ignition cylinder needed to be replaced. I called over 5 different places and the price was too high in Naples. I came across Lock Mike and decided to call even though they’re located in Fort Myers. Miguel came the same day and was very knowledgeable and new exactly what to do. He replaced the ignition cylinder and provided a new key. He was very pleasant and honest. I thought we needed to replace the door locks as well because the key we had wouldn’t open the door.
