I lost my only car key and was messaging with Cris on what I should do and then when I had told her I had found it she suggested to me to consider making spare to save me money if I lost my keys again. She quickly gave me a quote and set up a day for her to come out to me to cut my key and get it all set up for me. She got the key in early and came out the next day to copy and program the new key. I work a lot and Cris was able to work with my schedule and has incredibly affordable prices for a college student. She was friendly, professional, efficient and made sure everything was working correctly. It was a great experience and if I need anything else done or someone ask me for recommendations it will 100% be to here.

Young women traveling alone and need honest service? USE TITAN EVERY TIME! This company has genuine customer service, upfront pricing, and they truly care about you as a person and won’t scam you. I called 5 tow companies none of them gave an upfront price. They all said they would know when they got there what it would cost. Then when I pushed they said it was in the 100’s of dollars. The service tech and the owner both got me into my vehicle and gave me a jump in less then 25 minutes. Titan lock is and will always be my company.
