called to get a quote, told them i didnt want a tech to cme out for the $20 diagnostic yet they signed up before hanging up. called the number texted to me automatically and the agent insisted i speak with an agent. It took significant convincing to just cancel my "appointment" and after checking their google page they don't even have a website. All the agents were also foreign so BEWARE THIS IS LIKELY A SCAM AND FAKE

The self service machine in WinCo was really easy to use, they had a variety of key colors/patterns and was done making 3 copies of my house key in less than 5 min. and was really cheap. The machine also had a buy two get one free option which was an awesome bonus!

I just called this business and asked if they did key copying services. The man’s response was “we don’t do” and then he hung up before I could ask my follow up question of “do you know a place that does perform these services?” Customer service is very poor and the owner does not care about the needs of his clients. I would take your business to “We Do Locksmith.” They are much more professional.
