Found this at Lowe's after waiting 10 minutes in line to get a key cut. The employee did not even know or tell me about the Minute Key machine. Shame on Lowe's for poor customer service as I was about to leave the store I saw the Minute Key which saved the day.

Owner was very friendly, was available on a Sunday, and was able to make us a set of keys that day; however, the HUD keys he made for us did not work. We went to another locksmith who showed us how these keys were made incorrectly. We wasted a lot of time going to a property to be locked out thanks to these incorrectly cut keys. We ended up getting the keys made correctly, and for less, elsewhere.

Great all around experience. I called to have a lock replaced on my front door that was over 100 years old. They were extremely responsive and even moved up my appointment when they had a cancellation. Very professional and highly recommended!
