I walked-in with partially broken lock-set hardware and the person behind the counter glanced and knew immediately what I needed - not a complete replacement, but a small part that would do the job. I was given clear advice on exactly how to assemble everything on my own, but I opted to have them do it in the store. They only charged for the minutes the work actually took (not a high flat fee). Great experience and capability is worth paying for and I'm grateful to have such experienced and honest people nearby. Highly recommend!
