Found this at Lowe's after waiting 10 minutes in line to get a key cut. The employee did not even know or tell me about the Minute Key machine. Shame on Lowe's for poor customer service as I was about to leave the store I saw the Minute Key which saved the day.

I had to get a duplicate key programmed for my van, they did a great job helping me out and saved me over half the cost that the dealership wanted. I only wish I had gotten the key from them as well.

Recently called to have my locks replaced, owner called back promptly and after describing the issue he provided me a home solution that fixed the jam in my lock. I really appreciated it since he could have easily just took my money for a quick replacement call. Would definitely use them in the future and hope more people use quality business owners like this place.

I walked-in with partially broken lock-set hardware and the person behind the counter glanced and knew immediately what I needed - not a complete replacement, but a small part that would do the job. I was given clear advice on exactly how to assemble everything on my own, but I opted to have them do it in the store. They only charged for the minutes the work actually took (not a high flat fee). Great experience and capability is worth paying for and I'm grateful to have such experienced and honest people nearby. Highly recommend!
